For unframed prints, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Click here to start the return process. Return labels will be provided for U.S.-based customers. Any applicable duties or fees on international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a print has been installed in an IKEA frame it cannot be resold by Juniper. Because of this, we don’t offer returns on previously framed oversized prints. So, make sure you are happy with your print before you try and install it into the IKEA frame.

Similarly, because framed prints are each custom made to order, all sales of framed prints are final, and not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
